NUTRITION

Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack are served daily at NDCC. The Kitchen Manager/Cook is trained in menu planning, appropriate portion sizes, sanitation procedures, ordering of food and supplies, making appropriate meal substitutions and age-appropriate foods in regard to infants and toddlers. Included in tuition fees is a light breakfast and afternoon snack. Parents may purchase a hot lunch, for a small additional fee, or provide a cold lunch for their child. Milk is served with all meals.
