How Your Gift Helps

When you donate to NDCC, you support excellence in early childhood education and care in northern Door County.

As a not-for-profit and the only licensed group early care facility in a 30-mile radius of northern Door, we know that we MUST provide only the best for our students and their families. By fundraising 25 percent of the cost of our yearly budget, we are able to help make our services more affordable for our families.

Your gifts help us provide scholarships to families in need, purchase educational supplies for our classrooms, and keep our Center operating. Without the assistance of our generous donors, it simply would be impossible to serve the children of our young families, who are the lifeblood of the northern Door County economy.

Annual Fundraisers

Super-Bowl-A-Thon: Each year in the early spring, teams of four bowlers raise $50 or more each and bowl two games at the Sister Bay Bowl. It is a fun-filled, family-friendly event. If you can’t make it to the event, sponsor a bowler or a team! All proceeds benefit NDCC.

Spring Gala: An elegant evening in the late spring, Gala takes place at Bjorklunden in Baileys Harbor. Guests who purchase a ticket are treated to delicious cuisine from some of Door County’s finest restaurants, a wine tasting experience, delightful live music, and a silent auction donated by the best of Door County’s retail establishments.

Holiday Home Tour: Each year over Thanksgiving weekend, five Door County homeowners open their homes for tours. Visiting these exquisitely decorated houses is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season. In addition, every year, a different local church opens its door for tours and hosts our Bake Shoppe, filled with yummy home-baked treats. All proceeds of this heart-warming event benefit NDCC.
