FAQ

  • We are open 7:30AM – 5:30PM, Monday through Friday, year round with the exception of eight holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, and Christmas Day.

  • We serve children ages 6 weeks-5 years old year round. We offer a day camp Camp Cool for school age children (ages 5-11) each summer. After school care is available when there is sufficient demand/staffing for the program.

  • The short answer is yes, for some age groups. It is best to call and add your child’s name to the waiting list as soon as you know you will be needing care. Depending on your preferred schedule and the age of your child there may be an opportunity for immediate enrollment.

  • To get information on our programs and to enroll or get on our waiting list, call or email our Administrative Coordinator, Sue Mydra, at 920-854-4244 or ndccme1@gmail.com. Wait list times vary depending on availability but we will contact you regularly to confirm you still want to be on the list and/or let you know of an anticipated opening for enrollment.

  • Fees are updated annually (usually in June). Please talk with our Administrative Coordinator for current rates. We offer full week, full day, and part day rates. Infant classrooms require a minimum of two times per week attendance. Information on child care assistance/scholarship dollars can also be obtained from the Administrative Coordinator.

  • No, we do not. We strive to keep tuition close to the actual cost of care. Discounting a second or third sibling prevents us from meeting our budget. Scholarship dollars may be available for families with more than one child enrolled.

  • Enrolled children ages 0-3 stay with the same group of peers and teachers while in the Infant/Toddler Loop. This consistency fosters firm attachments which in turn fosters better brain development. When children reach 3-year-old kindergarten age one of their looping teachers accompanies them to their new classroom and stays with them during an adjustment period.

  • Enrollment for our Camp Cool (school age summer day camp) opens each year in the month of March.
